Data File Conversion

Supplied data can be converted and prepared by our highly qualified programming team in preparation for laser printing or inkjet addressing. Logos, signatures and artwork can be converted for incorporation into laser printed matter.

Segmentation and programming can be used to deliver specific messages to your target markets. Using information in your data we are able to create a personalised communication with maximum impact.

Database Management

Databases can be set up and maintained to suit your requirements with maximum security to uphold the provisions of privacy legislation.

FTP Server

For large files one of the most convenient ways to access your data is via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). FTP was developed in 1985, is supported by just about every operating system and is a great way to send and receive files that can not be emailed.

As required we set up individual user accounts where you can log on and transfer your files. If you are new to FTP we are able to recommend free software and can help you get started.

Laser Printing Services

We can quickly transform your personalized letters, invoices, statements and generic information into laser printed output. We regularly work with micro-perforated and cut-sheet stocks of differing sizes. Each laser printer is capable of producing 6,000 A4 simplex impressions every hour.

Inkjet Addressing

We provide the service of addressing onto envelopes at very high speed (15,000 120mm x 235mm per hour), with the Australia Post barcode applied.

This is a very cost effective method of applying addresses onto base stock either envelopes or paper. Paper sizes can be from business card up to A4. Overprinting of messages is available in colour.

Colour Printing

Complete Mailing caters to a wide range of full colour offset and spot colour printing including:

- Envelopes

- Saddle-stitched newsletters
- Postcards

Folding, Inserting & Envelope Sealing

High speed folding and envelope inserting machinery will ensure that your mailing is produced quickly and efficiently.

We operate a number of machines for folding documents down to your desired size and inserting to envelopes. Supply A3 flat stock and we can fold it to DL for a small letter mailing. We are also familiar with high speed folding of documents with vertical and DL perforated panels.

Often envelopes or parcels must be fulfilled manually. Inserts may be too thick, need collation and match-mailing requiring a hands on approach.» more »
