Leadership

Colin Kay and Alan Wilson are the Directors of Complete Mailing and share over 50 years industry experience between them. They are actively involved in campaign management and developing operational diversity to remain at the forefront of Australian mail service providers. With a thorough working knowledge of the industry, Australia Post regulations and the technological capabilities open to direct mail marketers, Colin and Alan lead a team of dedicated people who share their commitment and passion for the business.

Information Technology

We know your data is sensitive and remain committed to leading systems security technology. Giving you peace of mind that your valuable database is being handled and cared for under the highest standards of confidentiality.

Our highly skilled IT Management Team ensures we produce every letter across every database all together accurately and correct in DPID addressing (verification of Australia Post 4-state barcode), data formatting and Xerox printing. We are well accustomed to printing creative letter designs with variable data fields, perforations, plastic cards, forms, questionnaires and surveys. Our IT team also manage our inkjet print technologies for high speed plain face envelope addressing. We use special inks for quick dry purposes which makes high-speed inket printing applicable to CD and DVD mailers.

Customer Service

With every job we provide a personalised service. Our customer service staff are dedicated to managing your campaign from inception to completion. Our relationship management is characterised by really understanding your needs. Our Customer Service Team can work with you in letter design and layout. We work for you in printing and procurement of materials to best deliver your letters efficently and within budget.

Every mailing is produced according to a job certification procedure. At any point in time we can provide our customers a daily status report to alleviate any concerns particularly regarding time critical and dead-line oriented documents and publications.

Production

On a daily basis, Production Management co-ordinate our expert machine operators processing into plastic or envelopes, the steady flow of printed stock from our printing facility and the many inserts and publications sent from printers around town.

In production our expertise lie in balancing the time frames of production levels across folding & inserting machines and plastic wrap machines at differing speeds. Additionally we manage a hand-line team who manually collate inserts into magazines, newsletters, documents and publications. And all this with one end in mind: the 4pm Australia Post delivery truck.

In conjunction with IT and customer service our production team will generally lodge your letters within 24-48 hours from receipt of data with envelope print and supply ranging between 2-4 days. Completion of all jobs are logged online with Australia Post via the e-LMS (electronic lodgement of postal documents) system.

Production Management will process your mail according to the quality improvement prodecures under current Bulk Mail Partner (BMP) certification with Australia Post. At Complete Mailing, the mail moves expediently to help you communicate with your customers, prospects, members or whoever it may be regarding your mail communications and distribution needs.
